自拟清热利湿退黄汤结合新生儿按摩抚触治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Self-made Qingre Lishi Tuihuang Decoction Combined with Neonatal Massage and Touch on Neonatal Jaundice

目的观察自拟清热利湿退黄汤口服结合新生儿按摩抚触治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取2016年02月-2017年09月在本院出生的足月新生儿黄疸患儿200例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组给予蓝光照射辅助口服肠道益生菌,观察组口服清热利湿退黄汤结合按摩抚触治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效、治疗期间的不良反应、黄疸复发率、治疗费用及产妇产后抑郁症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组黄疸不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗费用、产妇产后抑郁症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黄疸复发率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药清热利湿退黄汤结合按摩抚触治疗新生儿黄疸可减少黄疸不良反应发生,降低治疗费用及产妇产后抑郁症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of self-madeQingre Lishi Tuihuang Decoction combined with neonatal massage and massage on neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 200 full-term neonates with jaundice born in our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given blue light irradiation and oral intestinal probiotics,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Lishi Tuihuang Decoction combined with massage and touch.The clinical efficacy,side effects during treatment,recurrence rate of jaundice,treatment costs,and incidence of postpartum depression were observed in the 2 groups.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of side effects of the jaundice in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment cost and the incidence of postpartum depression of the observation group was lower in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the jaundice in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingre Lishi Tuihuang Decoction combined with massage and touch can reduce the occurrence of side effects of jaundice in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.It can effectively reduce the cost of treatment and reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
