摘要 目的:了解不同产地、不同批次香加皮药材中6种成分的含量差异,评价不同产地、不同批次香加皮的质量。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)对香加皮中6种成分进行含量测定,比较不同产地间6种化合物的含量差异。结果:经方法学验证,6种化合物在线性范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9996),平均回收率在99.0%~104%(RSD<4.47%)。发现香加皮中4-甲氧基水杨醛的含量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定要求,其中不同批次香加皮药材中杠柳毒苷、杠柳苷元和杠柳次苷含量差异较大。结论:所建立的超高效液相色谱法能够同时准确测定香加皮药材中的6种化学成分,并对香加皮中多种成分进行定量,为其质量评价提供了新方法。 Objective:To investigate the content differences of six components in Periplocae Cortex and evaluate the quality of Periplocae Cortex from different habitats.Method:The contents of six components in Periplocae Cortex were determined by UPLC-PDA.The content differences of six compounds between different producing areas were compared.Result:According to the results of method validation,the linear relationship of six compounds was good in the linear range(r>0.9996).The average recovery ranged from 99.0%-104%(RSD<4.47%).The results showed that the content of 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde in Periplocae Cortex meets the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The contents of periplocin,periplogenin,and periplocymarin in Periplocae Cortex from different batches were different.Conclusion:The established UPLC method can accurately determine the contents of six chemical constituents in Periplocae Cortex,and could be applied to the study of the limit standard of toxic constituents.
