军人优抚保障制度作为保障优抚对象合法权益的基础,其建立和完善对巩固国防、加强军队现代化建设以及维护社会和谐稳定具有重要作用。我国社会主义市场经济的深入开展以及伴随而来的社会转型对军人优抚保障制度提出了新的要求和挑战。因此,如何推进我国军人优抚保障制度的改革进而完善我国军人优抚保障制度就成为当前亟需探究的重要课题,该课题不仅具有现实的必要性和紧迫性,而且具有理论价值和实践意义。

The military special care system is the basis of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the special care recipients.Its establishment and improvement play an important role in consolidating national defense,strengthening the modernization of the armed forces,and maintaining social harmony and stability.However,with the deepening of the socialist market economy and social transformation,more and more problems and challenges appear in the design and implementation of the system.Given the status quo of the military special care system in China,it is an imperative task to analyze the existing problems and propose measures to promote the reform of the military special care system in China,which is theoretically and practically significant.
