摘要
采用经典的萃取方式——液-液萃取提取水样中的11种有机氯农药,并对旋转蒸发浓缩和氮吹浓缩的温度进行了优化选择实验,最终得到了较高的目标物回收率,为80.1%~96.4%;通过对升温程序的优化,在目标物完全分离的前提下,整个测试过程耗时21.58min,缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率;采用气相色谱-ECD专用检测器测定有机氯农药,选择性强,灵敏度高,检出限低,当测试样品体积为1L时,检出限在1.00~1.50ng/L,方法的精密度为3.26%~7.53%。为水样中有机氯农药的测定提供了有力的保证。
11 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in water samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction using classical extraction method.The temperature of rotary evaporation and nitrogen concentration was optimized.The temperature was selected and finally obtained.The higher target recovery rate is 80.1-96.4%;through the optimization of the heating program,under the premise of complete separation of the target,the whole test process takes 21.58min,shortening the detection time and improving the detection efficiency;Gas Chromatography-ECD-specific detector for the determination of organochlorine pesticides with high selectivity,high sensitivity and low detection limit.When the test sample volume is 1L,the detection limit is 1.00~1.50ng/L,and the precision of the method is 3.26-7.53.%.It provides a strong guarantee for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in water samples.
