There are many reasons for the failure of adhesion between rubber and metal framework,including surface pollution during the storage period of framework,rust removal by shot blasting,adhesive,gluing process,pollution of adhesive and metal framework,and problems between rubber and adhesive.In this paper,the reason analysis and solution of the failure of the adhesion between rubber and metal frame are discussed.
