摘要
在国内科技不断发展的今天,我国的现代化脚步成绩获得了世人的瞩目。渐渐地人们将目光放在了可持续发展上,对化学工业提出了安全、环保与节能的要求。作为化工系统当中最重要的硬系统与软系统,化工设备以及化工工艺的处理需要将重心放在适应性调整与设计,从而最大化生产效率,减少对环境的污染,保证生产清洁度。因此展开化工工艺与设备的适应性研究具有极大的现实意义。以适应性设计在化工工艺与设备中的研究必要性为起点,分析工艺参数、环保设计、防腐设计与耐用性设计追求,希望能够带给我国化工行业更环保、高效、绿色的环境,推动我国化工行业的进步。
With the development of science and technology in China,the achievements of modernization in China have attracted the attention of the world.Gradually,people focus on the sustainable development and put forward the requirements of safety,environmental protection and energy conservation for the chemical industry.As the most important hard system and soft system in the chemical system,the treatment of chemical equipment and chemical process needs to focus on adaptive adjustment and design,so as to maximize production efficiency,reduce pollution to production environment and ensure production cleanliness.Because of this,this paper needs to carry out the adaptability research of chemical process and equipment,which has great practical significance.This paper will start with the research necessity of adaptive design in chemical process and equipment,and then analyze the process parameters,environmental protection design,anti-corrosion design and durability design pursuit.I hope it can bring more environment-friendly,efficient and green environment to China’s chemical industry and promote the progress of China’s chemical industry.
