摘要
氨法烟气脱硫工艺过程一般分为脱硫吸收、中间产品处理、副产品制造三部分,吸收塔是氨法脱硫的核心设备。以某化工厂锅炉烟气氨法脱硫项目吸收塔作为流场数值模拟对象,分析了吸收塔内的烟气流动形态。结果表明,吸收塔系统整体压降不超过2000Pa、浆液分布均匀。
The process of ammonia flue gas desulfurization is generally divided into three parts:desulfurization absorption,intermediate product treatment and by-product manufacturing.The absorption tower is the core equipment of ammonia desulfurization.In this paper,the absorption tower of one specific chemical plant's boiler flue gas ammonia desulfurization project is taken as the numerical simulation object of the flow field.The flue gas flow pattern in the absorption tower is analyzed.The results show that the overall pressure drop of the absorption tower system is less than 2000 PA and the slurry distribution is uniform.
