摘要
有机化学实验是化学教育的重要组成部分,常压蒸馏是有机实验的入门实验,目的是使学生熟练使用各种玻璃仪器,掌握实验操作技能。以化学实验“蒸馏及沸点的测定”为例,重点阐述了通过侧重对蒸馏现象的分析,并运用这些实验现象所涉及理论知识来对其进行解释,建立以“实验现象分析”为导向的实验评定方式,使学生注重对实验现象的观察和分析讨论。
Organic chemistry experiment is an important part of chemistry education,normal distillation experiment is the introduction to organic experiment,which enables students to master the setup of apparatus and experimental operation skills.Taking the chemical experiment‘Distillation and Determination of the Boiling Point’as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of distillation phenomenon and explains it with the theoretical knowledge.To establish an experimental evaluation method oriented by“experiment phenomenon analysis”,leading students to pay more attention to the observation and analysis of experimental phenomena.
