在当今创新驱动发展的时代,校企合作是工程类专业学位研究生培养的重要途径和重点发展方向,校企合作培养人才可实现社会与教育资源的共享,可实现“知识-工程应用-人才”的有效迁移。结合我校动力工程专业学位硕士研究生情况,分析了校企合作培养人才的动因,以及人才培养中成绩、不足与成因,探讨并改进工程类专业硕士研究生培养模式,获得了较好的实践成效,为有效提高研究生培养质量提供了借鉴。

In the era of innovation-driven development,school-enterprise cooperation is an important way and key development direction for graduates of engineering majors.School-enterprise cooperation and training of talents can realize the sharing of social and educational resources,and can realize“knowledge-engineering application-Effective migration of talent.Based on the master’s degree of power engineering degree,this paper analyzes the motivation of school-enterprise cooperation and training talents,as well as the achievements,deficiencies and causes of talent training,explores and improves the master’s training mode of engineering majors,and obtains good practical results.It provides a reference for effectively improving the quality of postgraduate training.
