摘要
安全阀入口管道的阻力降控制在安全阀设定压力(表压)的3%以内,用以确保安全阀的稳定运行,这一规则一直用于指导安全阀入口管道设计。随着对安全阀运行状态认识的提高,这一简单判定规则已无法保证安全阀稳定运行,基于此,对石油化工装置安全阀入口管道设计进行了分析。
The resistance drop of the safety valve inlet pipe is controlled within 3%of the set pressure(gauge pressure)of the safety valve to ensure the stable operation of the safety valve.This rule has been used to guide the design of the safety valve inlet pipe.With the improvement of the understanding of the operation state of the safety valve,this simple judgment rule can not guarantee the stable operation of the safety valve.Based on this,this paper analyzes the design of the safety valve inlet pipeline in petrochemical plant.
