水是人类维持生命的源泉,也是微生物生存的天然环境。为了解水质的状况并得到准确性高、误差小的检测结果,在实验全过程中必须开展实验室内的质量控制。通过测定水质中粪大肠菌群,讨论实验过程中的质量控制,为后续检测结果提供参考,提高检测水平及水质检测的准确性。

Water is not only the source of human life,but also the natural environment for microorganisms.In order to understand the situation of water quality and get the test results with high accuracy and small error,the quality control in the laboratory must be carried out in the whole process of the experiment.In this paper,the fecal coliform group in the water was determined,and the quality control in the experiment process was discussed.It can provide reference for the subsequent detection results,improve the detection level and the accuracy of water quality detection.
