摘要
该技术由偏心分层管柱、可调式堵塞器及高效测调仪组成。采用边测边调的方式进行数据传输。高效测调仪通过不锈钢护套电缆(3.2mm)下入到分层井中,通过调节臂可实现与可调堵塞器对接并调节;通过电脑实时监视流量数据,根据监测到的数据与预设数据的偏差自动调整可调堵塞器陶瓷水嘴大小,直到达到预设值。该层段调配合理后,测调仪调节臂下放或者上提至另一层段进行调配。
The technology consists of eccentric separate injection string,adjustable plugging device and downhole measuring and adjusting instrument.The method of side test and side adjustment is used for traffic test and deployment.The downhole measuring and adjusting instrument is connected with the adjustable eccentric water injection plug through the cable into the well,and the flow curve is monitored on the ground,and the nozzle size is adjusted automatically according to the deviation between the real-time monitored flow rate and the preset injection rate until the preset flow rate is reached.After the deployment is completed,the adjusting arm is lowered down/lifted to another layer for deployment.
