复方柳菊胶囊联合西医治疗结核性胸膜炎疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of CompoundLiuju Capsule combined with western medicine on tuberculous pleurisy and its effect on serum inflammatory factor level

目的分析复方柳菊胶囊联合西医治疗结核性胸膜炎疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响,以探讨临床治疗该病的最佳疗法。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月新乡医学院第一附属医院明确诊断的76例结核性胸膜炎患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用复方柳菊胶囊联合西医治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间(退热时间、胸腔积液消退时间、胸腔积液完全吸收时间)、胸膜厚度及白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (interleukin 8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)水平。结果观察组的总有效率(92.1%)高于对照组(73.7%),观察组的退热时间、胸腔积液消退时间、胸腔积液完全吸收时间均短于对照组,观察组治疗后的胸膜厚度小于对照组,观察组治疗后的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,各组对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论复方柳菊胶囊联合西医治疗结核性胸膜炎可缩短临床症状消失时间,缩小胸膜厚度,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of compound Liuju capsule combined with western medicine on tuberculous pleurisy and its influence on serum inflammatory factors,so as to explore the best treatment for tuberculous pleurisy.Method 76 patients with tuberculous pleurisy diagnosed in our hospital from August 2017 to August2018 were divided into control group(38 cases) and observation group(38 cases) according to different treatment schemes.They were treated with western medicine and compound Liuju capsule combined with western medicine respectively.The clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearance time(antipyretic time,pleural effusion subsidence time,thoracic effusion complete inhalation) of the two groups were compared.Receiving time,pleural thickness and serum levels of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a).Result The total effective rate of the observation group(92.1%)was higher than that of the control group(73.7%).The antipyretic time,pleural effusion subsidence time,pleural effusion absorptive time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The pleural thickness of the observation group after treatment was smaller than that of the control group.The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Liuju Capsule combined with western medicine was effective in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.It could shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,reduce the thickness of pleura,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.It was worth promoting.
