宣肺平喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗痰饮郁肺型支气管哮喘患儿的疗效观察

Curative effect of Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application in children with bronchial asthma of Tanyin Yufei type

目的探讨宣肺平喘汤联合穴位贴敷对痰饮郁肺型支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及证候的改善效果,为患儿的治疗提供指导。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月宝鸡市妇幼保健院收治的100例支气管哮喘患儿,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予宣肺平喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,均连续治疗7 d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、1秒用力呼出量(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、中医证候积分的变化及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患儿的FEV1[(3.60±0.57)L vs(2.99±0.46)L]、FEV1/FVC[(87.40±6.42)%vs(80.04±6.11)%]、PEF[(86.76±5.88)%vs(79.14±5.30)%]比较,观察组明显高于对照,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患儿的喘息[(0.34±0.05)分vs(0.82±0.11)分]、气促[(0.30±0.05)分vs(0.76±0.09)分]、咳嗽[(0.28±0.04)分vs(0.69±0.07)分]、胸闷[(0.27±0.05)分vs(0.64±0.09)分]、哮鸣音[(0.31±0.04)分vs(0.80±0.08)分]等中医证候积分比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间均无严重不良反应。结论宣肺平喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗痰饮郁肺型支气管哮喘患儿可有效改善肺功能及中医证候,疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the curative efficacy of Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application in children with bronchial asthma of Tanyin Yufei type,and to provide guidance for the treatment of the disease.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma who received therapy from January 2017 to January 2019 in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.According to random number table,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 children in each group.The children in the control group were given routine treatment,while those in the observation group were given Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,continuously for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,Forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),TCM syndrome score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher those in the control group(P<0.05):(3.60±0.57)L vs(2.99±0.46)L,(87.40±6.42)%vs(80.04±6.11)%,(86.76±5.88)%vs(79.14±5.30)%.The TCM syndrome scores of wheezing,shortness of breath,cough,chest tightness,and wheezing rale in the observation group were significantly lower those in the control group(P<0.05):(0.34±0.05)vs(0.82±0.11),(0.30±0.05)vs(0.76±0.09),(0.28±0.04)vs(0.69±0.07),(0.27±0.05)vs(0.64±0.09),(0.31±0.04)vs(0.80±0.08).There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application can effectively improve pulmonary function and TCM syndromes of children with bronchial asthma of Tanyin Yufei type,with remarkable curative effect and good safety,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
