血清25-OH-D水平与单个囊肿型OEM 囊肿直径相关性分析

Correlation between serum 25-OH-D level and diameter of single cystic ovarian endometriosis cyst

目的:探讨血清25羟维生素D(25-OH-D)水平与单个囊肿型卵巢子宫内膜异位症(ovarian endometriosis,OEM)囊肿直径的相关性。方法:选取2018-01~05我院生殖医学科初诊为单个囊肿型OEM患者109例,根据血清25-OH-D水平,分为维生素D缺乏组(n=76)和维生素D正常组(n=33)。超声检查其囊肿直径,并采用酶联免疫吸附ELISA法测定其血清25-OH-D水平。分析血清25-OH-D水平与其囊肿直径是否相关。结果:维生素D缺乏组血清25-OH-D水平显著低于维生素D正常组(P<0.01),囊肿直径显著大于维生素D正常组(P<0.01)。血清25-OH-D水平与OEM囊肿直径呈负相关(r=-0.74,P<0.01)。结论:维生素D缺乏可能在单个囊肿型OEM发展中发挥作用,并可能与其严重性相关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the serum 25-OH-D level and the diameter of single ovarian endometriosis(OEM)cyst.Methods:A total of 109 cases of OEM patients with single cyst were selected from January 2018 to May 2018 in the department of reproductive medicine in our hospital.There were 76 cases in vitamin D deficiency group and 33 cases in normal vitamin D group according to serum 25-OH-D level.The cyst diameter was observed by ultrasonic examination.The serum 25-OH-D level was measured by ELISA,and the correlation between serum 25-OH-D level and cyst diameter was analyzed.Results:The serum level of 25-OH-D in vitamin D deficiency group was significantly lower than that in vitamin D normal group(P<0.01),and the diameter of OEM cyst in vitamin D deficiency group was significantly larger than that in vitamin D normal group(P<0.01).The serum 25-OH-D level was negatively correlated with the diameter of OEM cyst(r=-0.74,P<0.01).Conclusion:Vitamin D deficiency may play a role in the development of single cystic OEM and may be related to its severity.
