摘要
传统儒家的心性修养学说是以"仁"为核心,强调"重义轻利"的价值取向,以慎独的自律功夫,通过道德的践行修养功夫来实现成贤成圣的人生目标,这与现代医学人文精神注重以人为出发点,强调行医者的以患者为重的价值取向和道德自律的要求是相通的。而在医学生医德的培育过程中,可以以"一课三结合"来实现以儒家传统心性修养学说推动医学生医德的培养,即开设传统文化普及相关课程,将儒家心性修养学说与思政课教学、医学专业课教学相结合,医学生医德教育第二课堂与儒家传统文化相结合,将儒家心性修养学说和医学类院校的校园文化建设相结合。
The traditional Confucian theory of spiritual cultivation takes "benevolence" as the core, emphasizes the value orientation of "justice is more important than benefit", realizes the life goal of becoming a hero and a saint through moral practice and cultivation, which is similar to the modern medical humanistic spirit which focuses on human as the starting point, emphasizes the patient oriented value orientation of practitioners and the requirement of moral self-discipline. In the process of cultivating medical ethics of medical students, "one lesson with three combinations" can be used to promote the cultivation of medical ethics of medical students with the traditional Confucian theory of spiritual cultivation, that is, to set up courses related to the popularization of traditional culture and combine Confucian theory of spiritual cultivation with the teaching of ideological and political courses and medical courses;to combine the second classroom of medical ethics education for medical students with the Confucian traditional culture;to combine the Confucian theory of spiritual cultivation with the construction of campus culture in medical colleges.
