运输车辆洗消中心建设和管理模式探讨

Discussion on Construction and Management Model of Vehicle Decontamination Centers

本文基于我国部分地区运输车辆洗消中心调研实际,梳理和分析了不同建设和管理模式下运输车辆洗消中心运营现状和优劣势,提出了分级建设和管理的设想和加强清洗消毒证明管理、开展清洗消毒效果评价等建议,以期为规范和完善运输车辆洗消中心的建设和管理提供参考。

In this paper,current operation status,advantages and disadvantages of vehicle decontamination centers with various modes of construction and management were sorted out and analyzed based on field investigation in some regions in China,and then some suggestions were put forward,including constructing and managing the centers as per different levels,strengthening management on certificates for cleaning and disinfection,evaluating the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection and so on,hoping to provide some references for standardizing and improving the construction and management of the centers.
