摘要
以巯基乙酸和异辛醇为原料合成巯基乙酸异辛酯。采用单因素法,探讨了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。反应最佳条件为:异辛醇与巯基乙酸物质的量比为1.03~1.05,反应温度90~110℃,反应时间4.0~4.5 h,催化剂用量为巯基乙酸的0.5%~1%(质量)。产品收率99.51%。巯基乙酸异辛酯纯度99.02%(气相色谱法)。
2-ethylhexyl mercaptoacetate is synthesized from the raw materials of mercapto acetic acid and isooctanol.Using the single factor method,we discussed the effect of several factors on the synthesis yield,such as the moler ratio between isooctanol and mercapto acetic acid,reaction temperature,reaction time and the amount of catalyst.The optimal condition of synthesis is disclosed as follows:the moler ratio of isooctanol to mercapto acetic acid is 1.03~1.05,reaction temperature is 90~110℃,reaction time is 4.0~4.5 hours,0.5%~1%catalyst is applied of the total amount of mercapto acetic acid.Under this optimal condition,the yield of the product will reach up to 99.03%with the purity of 2-ethylhexyl mercaptoacetate being 99.02%tested by the gas chromatography analysis method.
