Environmentally Friendly Process of PVC Stabilizers Problems Origins

综述了环保热稳定剂替代应用过程中产生的一些行业共性问题,如加工性能不够、析出严重、色相差异等难点。试图从理论上从实践中找到原因,来解释上述问题的成因,进而提出解决方案,尤其是已解决了问题,但不知道问题出在那里。

We first summarized the commonly encountered problems in the application of environmentally friendly PVC heat stabilizers to replace other stabilizers,such as insufficient processing performance,severe separation,hue difference,etc.Then we tried to find out the original reasons for the above problems in theory and in practice,so as to give solutions,especially for those problems already solved but still with their root causes being unknown yet.
