摘要
文章介绍了一款应用于GPS L1频段的低噪声放大器,使用Infineon公司的BFP420射频晶体管。利用ADS软件介绍了射频低噪声放大器的设计步骤和指标,成功制作出实物,并利用网络分析仪和噪声分析仪等设备验证了放大器性能。此放大器与陶瓷天线结合,并接入到GPS接收器,于空旷地带测量了其接收GPS卫星信号的性能。
This paper introduces the design of a low noise amplifier used in GPS L 1 band. Using BFP420 RF transistor of Infineon Company and ADS software, the design steps and indexes of RF low noise amplifier are introduced, and the performance of the amplifier is verified by network analyzer and noise analyzer. The amplifier is combined with the ceramic antenna and connected to the GPS receiver to measure the performance of the GPS satellite signal in the open area.
