网络空间短视频治理困境及应对策略研究

网络空间短视频治理困境表现为短视频内容质量难把控、审核难度大等问题,受网络空间非理性传播和商业利益驱动加剧了短视频治理的难度和复杂性。文章指出,为净化网络空间,应鼓励广大用户和平台发布优质短视频内容,压缩低俗短视频的空间;应加强对短视频内容及发布流程的审核,发挥法律制度等的规范作用,形成内外监督的合力,加大对不良短视频发布者和利益相关者的打击力度。

The dilemma of short video governance in cyberspace is manifested as the difficulty in controlling the content quality of short video, etc., which is aggravated by the irrational dissemination of cyberspace and commercial interests. The paper pointed out that in order to purify network space, users and platforms should be encouraged to publish high-quality short video content and compress the space of vulgar short video;it is necessary to strengthen the review of short video content and release process, give full play to the normative role of the legal system, form a joint force of internal and external supervision, and intensify the crackdown on the bad short video publishers and stakeholders.
