Study on the role of education and teaching system in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurship talents for engineering college students under the background of the new era

高校把创新创业教育融入工科大学生人才培养体系,既有助于激发学生的创新潜能、培养学生的创新创业精神和实践能力,又有助于提高教学质量,为社会注入更多"以创业带动就业"的新生力量。基于此,文章分析了创新创业人才培养的重要性及其举措,深入推进工科大学生创新创业,促进教育教学改革。

The integration of the education of innovation and starting undertaking into the talent training system of engineering students in colleges and universities not only helps to stimulate students’ innovation potential, cultivate their innovative entrepreneurship and practical ability, but also contributes to improving the quality of teaching, injecting more new forces of "employment driven by entrepreneurship" into society. On the basis of this, the article analyzes the importance of the personnel training of the innovation and the initiative, further promoting the innovative entrepreneurship among engineering students, and pushing forward education reform.
