摘要
为了在有限的车高下最大化地提升驾驶空间及驾驶舒适度以及乘客的乘坐空间感受,该文采用SAE人体设计模拟驾驶员驾驶姿态以及乘客乘坐姿态.在驾驶员与乘客各关节处于舒适角度范围的前提下,经过整车Z向尺寸链计算分析、已上市纯电动轿车坐姿对比分析,设计得出一种适用于平板电池包的纯电动轿车人体坐姿,对后期开发平板电池纯电动轿车的人机设计具有指导意义.
In order to maximize the driving space,driving comfort and passenger’s feeling under the limited vehicle height,SAE human body design is adopted to simulate the driver’s driving posture and passenger s riding posture.On the premise that each joint of the driver and the passenger is in a comfortable angle range,through the calculation and analysis of Z-direction dimension chain of the whole car,as well as the comparison and analysis of the sitting posture of the listed pure electric car,a human body sitting posture of the pure electric car suitable for the flat battery pack is designed,which has guiding significance for the later development of the man-machine design of the flat battery pure electric car.
