阿特金森高效发动机设计开发及试验验证

摘要 为满足严苛的排放法规要求,必须大幅度提升内燃机的热效率.基于阿特金森发动机的阿特金森循环、高滚流气道、高压缩比、中置双VVT、外部冷却EGR等技术优势,从目标可行性评估、技术路线规划、优化设计直至试验验证,对各个阶段开发过程进行说明与论证.开发出万有特性最低油耗率为210 g/kW·h的发动机产品,实现有效热效率达40%的目标.说明阿特金森高效发动机大幅度降低油耗是可行的,且降低幅度大,性价比较高,是降低油耗的核心技术措施. In order to meet the stringent emission regulations,the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines must be greatly improved.Based on the technical advantages of Atkinson cycle,high rolling duct,high compression ratio,intermediate dual VVT and external intercooled EGR of Atkinson engine,the development process of each stage is explained and demonstrated from target feasibility evaluation,technical route planning,optimization design to test verification.The engine with the lowest fuel consumption rate of 210 g/kW h has been developed to achieve the goal of 40%effective thermal efficiency.It shows that it is feasible to reduce fuel consumption of Atkinson high efficiency engine by a large margin with high performance-price ratio,which is the core technical measure to reduce fuel consumption.
