我国环境质量的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Environmental Quality in China

本文通过对我国工业三废排放量现状的增长分析得出环境污染越来越严重,为研究我国是否重视环境质量,选取我国1988—2017年的环境污染投资额及GDP为原始指标,对数据进行定量分析。重点分析研究环境污染投资与经济增长关系,通过ADF检验两者序列平稳性,建立线性回归模型,并对模型进行结构性检验。得出国家对控制环境污染意识有所提高,但仍需加强环境污染投资,提高占比,注重均衡发展,从而提升环境质量的结论。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of industrial three wastes discharge in China,this paper draws the conclusion that environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.In order to study whether our country attaches importance to environmental quality,the investment amount of environmental pollution and GDP from 1988 to 2017 are selected as the original indicators,and the data are analyzed quantitatively.Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the relationship between environmental pollution investment and economic growth.The ADF tests the stationarity of the two series,establishes a linear regression model,and tests the structure of the model.It is concluded that the state's awareness of controlling environmental pollution has been improved,but it still needs to strengthen investment in environmental pollution,increase the proportion,and pay attention to balanced development,so as to improve environmental quality.
