《清洁供暖评价标准》的编制思路及主要特点 被引量:1

摘要 为满足我国推进北方地区冬季清洁取暖试点城市效果评价的需要,组织开展了《清洁供暖评价标准》(以下简称"《标准》")的编制工作。该标准创造性地提出了"清洁供暖指数"的概念,用来表征一个城市冬季清洁供暖的清洁程度。对《标准》编制的思路及主要内容进行了阐述,并对其特点进行了总结。 In order to assess the application effect of clean heating pilot cities in north China,the Assessment Standard for Clean Heating Technologies(hereinafter referred to as "Standard") was drafted.This Standard creatively proposed the "Clean Heating Index" to assess the clean heating level of a pilot city.This paper introduces the drafting thoughts and main content of this Assessment Standard,as well as summarizes the characteristics of this Standard.
