住宅建筑新风控制策略的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 大中城市的空气环境污染已成为社会焦点问题之一,促使新风产业近些年得以快速发展。有研究显示,我国住宅新风和空气净化产品普及率较低,且在应用过程中存在产品运行策略和住户使用习惯不匹配的问题。随着智慧家居和精细化控制技术的发展,以人健康舒适体验为核心的新风控制成为重点。通过调查研究,从新风量标准入手,主要进行不同新风控制策略的对比发现:按需机械通风具有提高环境舒适度、降低能耗的优点,相比自然通风控制与混合通风控制更具实用性、适用性;单一控制方法难以适应家庭环境的复杂性,故而需要适当的复合式控制策略。新风系统虽具备改善环境健康的功能,但如何降低设备生产成本、能耗并提高设备控制精度仍是未来住宅建筑新风控制的主要研究方向。 Air pollution in large and medium-sized cities has become one of the hottest issues in society,which accelerates the rapid development of the fresh air industry in recent years.Some studies show that the popularity of residential fresh air and air purification products in China is low,and there is a mismatch between product operation strategy and household use habits in the application process.With the development of smart home and control strategy,the new air control with human health and comfortable experience as the core has become the focus.In this paper,the outdoor air standards and control strategy are compared:on-demand mechanical ventilation has the advantages of improving environmental comfort,reduce energy consumption,so its practicability and applicability is the best;the single control method is difficult to adapt to the complexity of the environment,so combined type control strategy is better.Although the outdoor air system has the features of improving environmental health,how to reduce the cost of equipment production,energy consumption and improve the accuracy of equipment control is still the main future research direction of outdoor air control in residential buildings.
