亚高温全身热疗联合放疗及唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床效果

Clinical effect of sub-hyperthermia whole body hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumors

目的探讨亚高温全身热疗联合放疗及唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月1日~2018年12月31日我院肿瘤放疗科收治的126例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(42例)、B组(42例)与C组(42例)。A组采取单纯放疗,B组采取放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗,C组采取亚高温全身热疗联合放疗及唑来膦酸治疗。比较三组的止痛、活动能力及生活质量改善情况。结果C组治疗后的止痛总有效率为97.62%,高于A组的75.81%和B组的85.71%;C组的活动能力总有效率为95.24%,高于A组的69.05%和B组的83.33%;C组的生活质量改善总有效率为97.62%,高于A组的76.19%和B组的83.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取亚高温全身热疗联合放疗及唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,可明显减轻患者的疼痛感,提高患者的活动能力,改善患者的生活质量,效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sub-hyperthermia whole body hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 126 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Radiotherapy of our hospital from July 1,2016 to December 31,2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A(42 cases),group B(42 cases)and group C(42 cases).Group A was received radiotherapy alone,group B was received radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic Acid,and group C was received sub-hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and Zoledronic Acid.Pain relief,mobility and quality of life were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of pain relief after treatment was 97.62%in group C,higher than 75.81%in group A and 85.71%in group B;the total effective rate of activity in group C was 95.24%,which was higher than 69.05%in group A and 83.33%in group B;the total effective rate of improving the quality of life in group C was 97.62%,which was higher than that in group A(76.19%)and group B(83.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of bone metastases from malignant tumors,sub-hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and Zoledronic Acid can obviously relieve pain,improve the activity ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients with satisfactory results.
