摘要
目的探讨微创拔牙器械和传统拔牙器械在下颌阻生齿拔除术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例下颌阻生齿拔除患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用传统拔牙器械拔除下颌低位阻生智齿,研究组采用微创拔牙器械拔除下颌低位阻生智齿。比较两组术中并发症发生情况、术后视觉模拟量表(VAS)、术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后6、12、24 h VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中并发症总发生率低于对照组,研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在下颌阻生齿拔除术中使用微创拔牙器械的应用价值优于传统拔牙器械。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction instruments and traditional tooth extraction instruments in the extraction of impacted mandibular teeth.Methods A total of 60 cases of mandibular impacted tooth extraction in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the subject,and the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to random number table method.In the control group,the traditional tooth extraction device was used to remove the lower impacted wisdom tooth of the lower jaw,and the study group adopted the minimally invasive tooth extraction device to remove the lowposition low-position wisdom tooth of the lower jaw.The incidence of intraoperative complications and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference as statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative 6,12,24 h VAS score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total incidence of intraoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of minimally invasive extraction instruments in the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth is superior to traditional extraction instruments.
