盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者接受盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑联合治疗的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年5月~2018年12月我院治疗的的60例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象。采用简单随机化法将其分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,实验组采用甲硝唑联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、疾病复发情况等。结果实验组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者采用盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑联合治疗,具有较高的安全性和有效性。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with Metronidazole in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study as subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by simple randomization method.In the control group,Metronidazole was used,while in the experimental group,Metronidazole combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment was adopted.The treatment effect,tooth loosening index,periodontal pocket depth,plaque index,gingival index,and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tooth loosening index,periodontal pocket depth,plaque index,and gingival index were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the idfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic periodontitis receiving Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment combined with Metronidazole obtain high safety and effect.
