孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果

Clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年10月广东省江门市新会区人民医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科收治的78例儿童腺样体肥大患儿作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法将其分为对照组(39例)和研究组(39例)。对照组患儿采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,研究组患儿采用孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后的腺样体厚度/鼻咽宽度(A/N)、生活质量评分情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患儿的A/N比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿治疗后的A/N低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的睡眠障碍评分、日常功能评分、身体症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿治疗后的睡眠障碍评分、日常功能评分、身体症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童腺样体肥大患儿予以孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,不仅可以降低A/N,还可以提高生活质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.Methods From July 2017 to October 2018,78 children with pediatric adenoid hypertrophy in the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery of People′s Hospital in Xinhui District of Jiangmen City were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and study group in odd or even number method,with 39 cases in each group.In the control group,Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray was used,while in the study group,Montelukast Sodium combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray was adopted.The adenoid thickness/nasopharyngeal width(A/N)before and after treatment,quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in A/N between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The A/N of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in scores of sleep disorders,daily activity,and physical symptoms before treatment(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep disorder score,the daily activity score,and the physical symptom score of the study group were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children with Montelukast Sodium combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray can not only reduce A/N,but also improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
