舒芬太尼联合地佐辛镇痛在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of Sufentanil combined with Dizocine analgesia in women after cesarean section

目的探讨舒芬太尼联合地佐辛镇痛在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月~2019年2月在我院的剖宫产术后产妇120例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采取枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合枸橼酸托烷司琼注射液镇痛,观察组采取枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液联合地佐辛注射液镇痛,比较两组治疗后的血清泌乳素水平、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、初次泌乳时间、泌乳充足时间及不良反应的发生率。结果两组干预24、48 h后的血清泌乳素水平显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预24、48 h后的血清泌乳素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后初次泌乳时间、泌乳充足时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在干预2、4、12、24 h的VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组嗜睡、头晕、呕吐及恶心的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼联合地佐辛镇痛在剖宫产术后产妇中应用效果显著,能有效提高产妇泌乳素分泌,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Sufentanil combined with Dizocine analgesia in women after cesarean section.Methods 120 cases of cesarean section women who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group took Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Tropisetron Citrate Injection for analgesia.The observation group took Sufentanil Citrate Injection combined with Dizosin Injection for analgesia.Serum prolactin levels,visual analogue scale(VAS),initial lactation time,lactation adequacy,and incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The serum prolactin levels in the two groups after maternal for 24 and 48 h were significantly higher than those before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum prolactin levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention 24 and 48 h,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The initial lactation time and lactation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 2,4,12 h,and 24 h were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal sleepiness,dizziness,vomiting and nausea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with Dextrozine analgesia in the maternal cesarean section of the application of significant effect,can effectively improve maternal prolactin secretion,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of application in the clinic.
