产后抑郁症影响因素的系统评价

Systematic review of influencing factors of postpartum depression

目的系统评价中国产妇产后抑郁症的相关影响因素,为降低产后抑郁症的发生提供可循证的证据。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase。检索时间为建库至2018年11月。结果共纳入23篇横断面研究,定性分析结果提示,产后抑郁症的影响因素主要分为社会因素和个人因素。结论产后抑郁症受多方面因素的影响,医护人员需提高每位妊娠妇女及家属对孕期保健的高度重视,完善孕期保健相关措施,提高家庭和社会的支持度,以降低产后抑郁症的发生率。

Objective To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of postpartum depression in Chinese parturients,and to provide evidence-based evidence for reducing the incidence of postpartum depression.Methods Computer search CNKI,Wan fang Database,CBM,PubMed and Embase.The search time was from the establishment of the database to November 2018.Results A total of 23 cross-sectional studies were included.The results of qualitative analysis showed that the influencing factors of postpartum depression were mainly divided into two aspects:social factors and personal factors.Conclusion Postpartum depression is affected by many factor,medical staff should pay more attention to the health care of every pregnant woman and their families during pregnancy,and improve the related measures of health care during pregnancy.Improve family and social support in order to reduce the incidence rate of postpartum depression.
