全程优质护理管理在老年科患者中的应用效果

Application effect of whole-course quality nursing management in geriatrics patients

目的探讨全程优质护理管理在老年科患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年11月~2018年12月我院老年科收治的100例老年患者的临床资料,按照不同的护理措施将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程优质护理管理。比较两组的负面心理、遵医依从性、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组的焦虑与抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的合理饮食、科学运动、遵医用药、定时复查、情绪管理等遵医依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年科患者全程优质护理管理,不仅可以缓解患者的负面情绪、提高患者的遵医依从性,还能减少不良事件的发生率、提高护理满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course quality nursing management in geriatrics patients.Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients admitted to our geriatric department from November 2008 to December 1818 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different nursing measures,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group used whole-course quality nursing management.The adverse psychology,compliance with medical treatment,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance with medical treatment scores of combination diet,scientific exercise,medical prescription,time review,and emotional management were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course quality nursing management of geriatrics patients can not only relieve the patient′s bad mood,improve the compliance with medical treatment,but also reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and the clinical application value is high,which is worth promoting.
