循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in elderly diabetes care

目的探讨循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2~12月我院收治的80例老年糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组采用循证护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的血糖指标、依从性和护理总满意度。结果两组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于护理前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的血糖值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的用药、饮食、运动和血糖监测依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受循证护理更有利于稳定血糖,并且提高患者的依从性和满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in elderly diabetes care.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February to December 2018 were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the random table method.The observation group used evidence-based nursing,and the control group used routine nursing.Blood glucose index,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication,diet,exercise,and blood glucose monitoring compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for elderly diabetic patients is more conducive to stabilizing patients′blood glucose,and improve patient compliance and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
