一种航空公司预防恶意占座系统的设计与实现

摘要 本文设计并实现了一种航空公司预防恶意占座系统。该系统针对航空公司机票互联网销售系统中出现大量恶意占座导致航司无法开展有效的市场营销、客座率控制等问题,基于对旅客历史行为分析、对旅客可信度加以区分的方法设计,有效控制了恶意占座行为的发生,保障了真实旅客的购票成功率,提升了航空公司收益。 We design and implement a malicious seat occupancy prevention system for airlines.Faced with a large number of malicious seat occupancy in airline ticket sales system that cause airlines can’t develop effective marketing and passenger load control,this paper design a system which is based on analysis of passenger’s historical behavior and distinguishing passenger’s credibility,for guaranteeing success rate of real passengers’purchases and improving airline revenue.
