不同掺量石屑对机制砂颗粒级配的影响

将5批次不同石屑与南方路机V7机制砂以不同比例进行掺和,对混合样品依据《GB/T 14684-2011建设用砂》进行颗粒级配检测。结果表明:石屑掺量在25%时,混合样品均符合Ⅱ区中砂标准要求;通过制砂工艺技术改造,机制砂产量得到较大提升,显著增加企业经济效益。

In this paper, 5 batches of different stone chips were mixed with V7 machine sand in different proportions, and the mixed samples were tested for particle grading according to GB/T 14684-2011 construction sand. The results showed that the dosage of stone chips at 25%, mixed samples Ⅱ area medium sand standard requirements;Through the transformation of sand production technology, the output of machine-made sand has been greatly improved and the economic benefit of the enterprise has been significantly increased.
