智能城市是现代社会发展的所趋向的城市类型,是城市优化的新时代方向,智能城市发展中绿色建筑与暖通空调是重要的组成部分,绿色建筑是保证智能城市环境美化,能够保证智能城市能源节约,生态环境得到改善,间接促进经济发展。主要对智能城市中绿色建筑与暖通空调设计进行分析,提出优化策略。

Intelligent city is the trend of modern social development and the new direction of urban optimization. Green building and HVAC are important components in the development of intelligent city. Green building is to ensure the environmental beautification of intelligent city, to ensure energy saving, to improve the ecological environment and indirectly to promote economic development. This paper mainly analyses the green building and HVAC design in intelligent city, and puts forward the optimization strategy.
