通过借助理论和经验的研究和研讨,结合磐安小城市老城更新具体案例,探索有利于老城更新的规划实践,试图为山区小城市的老城更新及可持续发展提供参考。

Based on the research and discussion of the theory and experience,this paper,combining with the old city of the small city of the city of Anan,to update the concrete case,to explore the planning practice which is beneficial to the renewal of the old city,and try to provide the reference for the old city renewal and the sustainable development of the small city in the mountain area.
