福建省全过程工程咨询与EPC耦合协调发展分析

Analysis on the Coordinated Development of the Whole Process Engineering Consultation and EPC in Fujian Province

工程项目总承包和全过程工程咨询是实现我国建筑业转型发展的重要措施。以全过程工程咨询试点之一的福建省为研究区,构建福建省工程总承包和全过程工程咨询的耦合协调度测度模型,对2017-2018年福建省工程总承包和全过程工程咨询的发展水平进行综合评价。

General contracting and whole process engineering consultation are important measures to realize the transformation and development of China’s construction industry. Taking Fujian Province, one of the pilot projects of the whole process engineering consulting, as the research area, the coupling coordination degree measurement model of the whole process engineering consulting and the EPC in Fujian Province is constructed, and the development level of the EPC and the whole process engineering consulting in Fujian Province in 2017-2018 is comprehensively evaluated.
