摘要
在工程建设的各个阶段,为了减少试验次数,在较短的时间内达到预期的试验目的,近年来,正交试验设计是最常用的试验设计方法之一。但是正交试验法用在初步筛选时收敛速度缓慢、难于确定数据变化规律,增加试验次数、试验工作烦琐、费用昂贵的情况更显突出。最终设计完成了一个“正交试验设计与分析”软件。使用者根据自己试验内容,输入相关信息,即可生成对应正交试验方案。当试验内容完成之后,输入相关试验结果,即可自主分析得到试验结果。
Orthogonal test design is one of the most common test design methods in recent years, in order to reduce the number of tests and achieve the expected test objectives in a short time in each stage of engineering construction. However, when the orthogonal test method is used in the preliminary screening, the convergence speed is slow, it is difficult to determine the law of the change of the data, and it is more prominent when the number of tests is increased, the test work is complicated and the cost is expensive. Finally, a software of orthogonal experiment design and analysis is designed. According to the content of the experiment, the user can input the relevant information and generate the corresponding orthogonal experiment scheme. When the test content is completed, the test results can be independently analyzed by inputting relevant test results.
