工程建设规模不断变大,建筑专业和使用功能非常庞大复杂,工程管理专业化程度和相互配合的难度越来越大,工程总承包商的成本控制风险也自然有增无减。本文以EPC模式下总承包商成本控制风险为主线,进行简要的分析和描述。

The scale of construction is getting bigger, the construction specialty and the use function are very huge and complex, the degree of specialization of engineering management and the difficulty of coordination are getting bigger and bigger, the risk of cost control of EPCM is also increasing. This paper gives a brief analysis and description of the cost control risk of general contractor under EPC mode.
