摘要
如何将施工成本控制在科学合理的范围内是企业经营水平的直接表现。根据目前我国市场上成本控制与管理现状进行调查研究,归纳总结出当前项目存在的主要成本控制问题及解决办法。
How to control the construction cost in a scientific and reasonable range is the direct performance of enterprise management level. According to the current situation of cost control and management in China’s market, this paper summarizes the main cost control problems and solutions existing in current projects.
