摘要
旧式的内燃机水温控制系统在发动机水温调节的过程中,无法实现较为稳定快速的调节,面对此种问题,通过PID算法进行调节的电子节温器对于发动机工作的水温具有提升效果,并且对水温的变化实施控制,对风扇开启时间进行降低,具有发动机油耗低以及机身内部磨损低的优势。文章介绍了国内采用PID算法对电子节温器进行控制的典型方法,并提出总结和展望。
The old-type internal combustion engine water temperature control system can not achieve relatively stable and rapid adjustment in the process of engine water temperature adjustment.In the face of this problem,the electronic thermostat adjusted by the PID algorithm can increase the water temperature of the engine working,control the change in water temperature,and reduce the fan on time,and it also has the advantage of low engine fuel consumption and low internal wear of the fuselage.This paper introduces the typical method of controlling the electronic thermostat by using PID algorithm in China,and puts forward the summary and prospect.
