摘要
近年来越来越多民办高校开始扁平化管理改革实践,实践证明扁平化改革与全面质量管理理念结合起来能够一定程度上激发教职工的工作积极性和主动性,促进学校教学工作质量的持续提高。但是由于民办高校和扁平化管理各自的局限性,扁平化管理改革还存在一系列问题。建立职能不同的委员会;推行目标考核制度;实行绩效考核分配等几个方面是解决问题的有效办法。
In recent years,more and more private colleges and universities have begun to reform the flat management.Practice has proved that the combination of flat reform and the concept of total quality management can stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and staff to a certain extent,and promote the continuous improvement of school teaching quality.However,due to the limitations of private universities and flat management,there are still a number of problems in flat management reform.Establishment of committees with different functions,implementation of target assessment system and implementation of performance assessment and distribution are effective ways to solve the problem.
