近年来,随着“中国制造2025”时代的到来,工业产业不断升级,机电行业将逐渐从传统时代步入智能制造时代,智能化的生产对人、机、环境的有机融合提出了新的要求,产品质量的好坏和生产过程的安全防控,人起到了尤为重要的因素。为了确保生产安全,降低事故发生率,减少不必要的损失,提高人在工作中的安全系数,需对机电从业人员安全职业能力倾向的影响因素了解、分析和研究,优化机电行业从业人员的评价与选拔,为风险性防控提供相应的依据。

In recent years,with the coming of the 2025 era of manufacturing in China and the continuous upgrading of the industrial industry,the mechanical and electrical industry will gradually enter the era of intelligent manufacturing from the traditional era.Intelligent production has put forward new requirements for the organic integration of people,machines and the environment.The quality of products and the safety and prevention and control of the production process have played a particularly important role.In order to ensure the safety of production,reduce the accident rate,reduce unnecessary losses and improve the safety coefficient of people in work,we need to understand,analyze and study the influencing factors of occupational safety tendencies of electromechanical workers,and optimize the evaluation and selection of employees in the mechanical and electrical industry,so as to provide corresponding basis for risk prevention and control.
