摘要 随着我国城市轨道交通的不断发展,城市交通拥堵问题得到了很大缓解,放眼未来,城市轨道交通尤其是地铁的发展方兴未艾。在消费升级的大背景下,人民对出行品质的要求越来越高,制造更高标准的地铁车辆,不仅符合人民群众的需求,更可以彰显中国制造的实力。地铁车辆的生产细节对它的品质至关重要,作为一种大型交通工具,在生产过程中,施工者必须进入车辆内部进行施工。本文基于全面质量管理的思想方法,结合实际工作的经验,对地铁车辆生产过程中的铝屑管控提出几点对策。 With the continuous development of urban rail transit in China,the problem of urban traffic congestion has been greatly alleviated.Looking into the future,the development of urban rail transit,especially the subway,is in the ascendant.Under the background of consumption upgrading,the people's requirements for the quality of travel are getting higher and higher,and the construction of higher standard subway vehicles not only meets the needs of the people,but also highlights the strength of Chinese manufacturing.The production details of the subway car are critical to its quality.As a large-scale vehicle,the constructor must enter the interior of the vehicle for construction during the production process.Based on the idea of total quality management and the experience of practical work,this paper proposes several countermeasures for aluminum chip control in the production process of metro vehicles.
