低蛋白质低磷饲粮添加超剂量植酸酶对生长猪生长性能、养分消化率、氮排放及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Low Protein and Low Phosphorus Diet Supplemented with Super Dose Phytase on Growth Performance, Nutrient Digestibility, Nitrogen Release and Serum Biochemical Indices in Growing Pigs

摘要 试验旨在研究低蛋白质低磷饲粮添加超剂量植酸酶对生长猪生长性能、养分消化率、氮排放及血清生化指标的影响。选择平均体重(38.00±0.20)kg的120头健康杜长大三元杂种生长猪,按照体重相近、公母各半的原则随机分为3个处理,分别为高蛋白质低能组(粗蛋白质17.0%,净能10.26 MJ/kg)、低蛋白质高能组(粗蛋白质15.5%,净能10.46 MJ/kg)和低蛋白质低能组(粗蛋白质15.5%,净能10.26 MJ/kg)。每个处理设5个重复,每个重复8头猪,正式试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与高蛋白质低能组相比,低蛋白质高能组和低蛋白质低能组腹泻状况和生长性能差异均不显著(P>0.05);2)与高蛋白质低能组相比,低蛋白质高能组和低蛋白质低能组氮和粗脂肪表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),3个处理组总能表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);3)低蛋白质高能组和低蛋白质低能组粪中氮和磷含量分别比高蛋白质低能组降低18.99%和25.63%、23.30%和30.11%(P>0.05);4)与高蛋白质低能组相比,低蛋白质低能组血清中游离蛋氨酸提高47.47%(P<0.05),与低蛋白质高能组差异不显著(P>0.05),其它游离氨基酸差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,在该试验条件下,降低饲粮粗蛋白质1.5个百分点不会影响动物生长性能,同时添加超剂量植酸酶可以降低粪便中氮、磷排放。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of low protein and low phosphorus diets supplemented with super-dose phytase on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, nitrogen release and serum biochemical indices in growing pigs. A total of 120 healthy piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large White) with average body weight of(38.00±0.20) kg were randomly assigned to three treatments according to the principle of similar body weight and half male and half female, 5 replicates per treatment and 8 piglets per replicate. The control group and the experimental group was fed with high-protein and low-energy group(CP 17.0% NE 10.26 MJ/kg), lowprotein and high-energy group(CP 15.5%, NE 10.46 MJ/kg) and low-protein and low-energy group(CP 15.5%,NE 10.26 MJ/kg), respectively. The trial period lasted for 28 days. Compared with the high-protein and highenergy group, the diarrhea rate and growth performance of the low-protein and high-energy group were not significantly different(P>0.05). Compared with the high-protein and high-energy group, the apparent digestibility of nitrogen and crude fat of the low-protein and high-energy group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the total of the three treatment groups was significantly higher(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in apparent digestibility(P>0.05). Nitrogen and phosphorus contents in feces of low-protein and high-energy group and low-protein and low-energy group were 18.99% and 25.63%, 23.30% and 30.11% lower than those of high-protein and low-energy group respectively(P>0.05). Free methionine in serum of low-protein and low-energy group was 47.47% higher than that of high-protein and high-energy group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05) and other free amino acids(P>0.05). The results showed that 1.5% reduction of diet protein did not affect the growth performance of animals under the experimental conditions. At the same time, the excrement nitrogen and phosphorus emissions could be reduced by adding excessive dosage of phytase.
