摘要 本文以典型的串行生产线为研究对象,在分析生产系统模型的基础上研究其性能优化方法。计算了系统性能指标并分析了其与生产系统各项参数的基本关系。在遗传算法的基础上,设计了一种串行生产线性能优化问题的求解算法。利用Matlab软件的矩阵计算和图形绘制能力,开发了生产系统性能优化软件,实现了对于串行生产线进行分析和快捷优化功能。在满足生产率要求的约束下,给出了最小化生产线建造成本,包括机器购置成本,缓冲区成本以及在制品库存成本。 This article studies typical serial production line,including the study of its performance optimizing method on the basis of analyzing the model of manufacturing systems.Performance indexes of the manufacturing system were calculated and their basic correlations with various parameters of the system were acquired via analysis and simulation.An algorithm for optimizing serial production line performance based on Genetic algorithm was designed.A manufacturing system performance optimizing software was developed by utilizing the matrix calculating and plotting capability of Matlab software,achieving functionalities of analyzing and fast optimizing serial production lines.The minimmum production line building cost,including machine purchasing cost,buffer cost and work in process cost were attained under the constraint of fulfilling the production rate of the system.
