高等院校加强少数民族大学生思想政治教育,体现立德树人、以人为本的基本原理;在构建和谐校园、维护民族团结和社会稳定等方面具有重要意义。目前内地高等院校少数民族大学生表现出语言沟通困难、民族意识突显和适应能力不强的特征。通过发挥思想政治教育主渠道作用,改变传统的教育模式,提高大学生干部队伍建设,重视大学生的心理健康,健全服务和管理体系,创新内地高等院校少数民族大学生思想政治教育路径。

Strengthening ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students in inland colleges and universities embodies the basic principles of strengthening moral education,cultivating people and humanism,and is of great significance for the harmonious campus construction and the national unity and social stability safeguard.In inland colleges and universities,currently,ethnic minority college students show the characteristics of being hard to communicate with them linguistically,having strong national consciousness and poor adaptability.Giving play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political education,changing the traditional educational mode,strengthening the construction of college student cadre team,attaching importance to college students’mental health,and perfecting the service and management system which is oriented towards ethnic minority college students are all the ways to innovate the ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students in inland colleges and universities.
